Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

VivArt AI is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines and to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies.
